FranklinCoveys OnDemand-mikrokurser er færdighedsspecifikke læringsressourcer, der hjælper brugerne med at tilegne sig nye, effektive tankegange og adfærdsmønstre ved kun at investere få minutter om ugen.

Mikrokurserne er selvstudiekurser og består af korte videoer, artikler, værktøjer og anvendelsesopgaver, der uddeles over en periode på tre uger, så brugerne kan øge deres kompetencer over tid og opnå varige resultater.

Under fanen Udforsk på Impact Platform giver det brugerne adgang til mikrokurser via færdigheder. Brugerne kan tilføje mikrokurser til deres opgaver ved at klikke på Tilmeld på færdighedens landingsside.

Evalueringer

Brugerne kan tilmelde sig mikrokurser baseret på 360 evaluering-resultater ved at klikke på Tilmeld dig mikrokursus ved siden af den ønskede færdighed.

Adminstration platform

Administratorer kan tildele mikrokurser til brugerne via administratorplatformen. Dette sikrer, at brugerne opgraderer deres færdigheder inden for områder, der er vigtige for den enkelte, teamet eller organisationen.
